We recommend 2 phases:

The first phase entails 2 workshops of 2 days each, where team members will be taken on a journey of self-discovery in order to become the best leaders they can be and add value to the organization. Topics that will be covered include:

  • know yourself,
  • your role as leader,
  • your impact on the people around you,
  • leadership styles,
  • value-driven leadership
  • authentic leadership,
  • balanced leadership
  • total leadership
  • ethical leadership
  • thought leadership
  • leadership and organizational change and growth
  • driving the organisation’s vision and mission

The workshops are very interactive and participants are encouraged to actively take part in discussions and exercises. The workshops work with the company’s own values and competencies, and will also be utilized as a team-building platform. It is therefore recommended that the MD also participate in these with the rest of the executive team.

The outcome of the workshops is an individual Development Programme for each participant, with specific deliverables which ties to the company’s goals and values.

Phase 1:  Workshop costs - R7 500 per day x 4 = R30000

Phase 2 challenges the team with a specific work-related challenge. The team has to apply their learning of leadership and insight to a specific challenge. The Regional MD and HRD in consultation with the MD(Zambia) will identify the challenge and will attend a feedback session to evaluate the results.

Phase 2: Workshop costs – R7500 per day x 2 = R 15000
